The New Leader Integration workshop is a quick, non-threatening, highly interactive, facilitated process that accelerates learning and forges trust in new team relationships.

Disruption is inevitable when a new leader joins an organization.  Employees naturally want to learn about the new leader, understand his or her expectations, values, and hot buttons.  And of course, new leaders want to establish relationships and routines that solidify the team’s commitment and effectiveness.

 Four Step Process:

  1. Question Generation - Team members generate questions about the new leader’s style, strategic direction, priorities, decision making, behavior and communication preferences. To ensure anonymity, the facilitator compiles all questions/concerns and presents them to the New Leader.
  2. New Leader Reflection - Facilitator and New Leader privately review questions.
  3. Teambuilding/Integration Begins - The New Leader responds to the questions and stimulates further discussion with the team. 
  4. One on one follow up meetings - To help the New Leader develop a deeper understanding of their new employees.

Through this highly interactive DiSC workshop you will gain insight into your Natural and Adaptive behavioral preferences, learn how to leverage your strengths and motivators, and discover how you can become a more effective communicator to improve the outcome of every conversation you have. With workplace relationships in mind DiSC offers strategies for working with, leading, managing, and selling to others. Each participant will gain a clear understanding their own behavioral and communication preferences, as well as the preferences of their work associates.
